We use Wix’s built-in website and analytics services. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioural advertising tools on this website.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, pitches, partnership proposals, and collaboration requests;

- comply with legal obligations and valid requests from public authorities.
We do not currently use contact-form information to send newsletters or unrelated promotional marketing.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
If data-protection law in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- **Your request or our relationship with you:** to respond to steps you ask us to take, administer your account, or provide requested website features.
- **Legitimate interests:** to operate and improve the website, respond to communications, moderate community features, protect our services, and prevent abuse, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- **Consent:** when consent is required for non-essential cookies or another specific optional activity. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- **Legal obligations:** when processing is necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful requests.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for:
- essential website operation and security;
- session management and member login;
- saving preferences;
- measuring website performance and general usage; and
- displaying or enabling third-party media.
Where required by applicable law, we request consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage available choices through the website’s cookie banner and through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may prevent some features, including member login or embedded media, from working correctly.
For more information about cookies used by the Wix platform, please see Wix’s privacy and cookie information at www.wix.com/about/privacy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy).
6. Wix Services
Our website is created and hosted using Wix. Wix may process information on our behalf to provide hosting, forms, member accounts, blog functions, security, analytics, and related infrastructure. Wix may also process certain information for its own purposes as explained in the Wix Privacy Policy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy).
Information may be stored through Wix’s systems and those of its service providers in the United States, Israel, Europe, or other locations in which they operate.
7. YouTube and Embedded Content
Our website may contain embedded or linked YouTube videos. When you load or interact with embedded YouTube content, Google and YouTube may receive technical and usage information, including your IP address, device information, cookie identifiers, and information about your interaction with the video. If you are signed in to a Google account, that activity may be associated with your account.
Google and YouTube process this information under their own policies. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and YouTube’s privacy controls.
8. When We Share Information
We may disclose personal information:
- to Wix and other vendors that provide hosting, forms, account management, analytics, security, email, and technical support;
- to Google or YouTube when embedded content is loaded or used;
- to professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, or security purposes;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
- when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of 2T’s Media, our users, or others; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or transfer of all or part of our operations, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- contact-form submissions and related correspondence are generally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent interaction, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing relationship, dispute, or legal obligation;
- blog member account information is generally retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless earlier deletion is requested or retention is legally required;
- public comments and interactions may remain available until they are removed, the related content is removed, or deletion is requested and applicable; and
- technical, security, and analytics information is retained according to operational needs and the retention settings of Wix and other relevant providers.
We may retain limited information for longer when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements.
10. International Data Transfers
2T’s Media is based in the United States, and our service providers operate internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your location. Where required, we and our providers rely on recognised safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of your information;
- request restriction of, or object to, certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable; and
- lodge a complaint with an appropriate privacy or data-protection authority.
California residents may also have rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information and to receive equal service when exercising applicable privacy rights. Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, we do not offer a separate sale-or-sharing opt-out for those activities.
To submit a privacy request, email contact@2ts.media (mailto:contact@2ts.media) with **“Privacy Request”** in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also request deletion or modification of your blog member account through available account controls.
12. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including protections provided through Wix, to help safeguard personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
14. External Links
Our articles and pages may link to websites, social networks, video platforms, or other services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices, service providers, or applicable law. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice where appropriate.
